This legislation takes Colorado back to the 1970’s when we did not have the file and use law. This is political grandstanding and nothing else by this democrat(uneducated)controlled legislature with a liberal governor. Sick it to the big bad insurance companies at all cost
Memo to Colo. Insurance Industry: buy a more reliable type of legislator. This current crop are so regressive and ignorant of sound business principals, you will be looking at the return of mandatory PIP with even higher limits than before to make certain the Public is Well Served (can collect more dubious claims more often) and that the political contributions will keep flowing in from the Pltf’s Bar and the Chiropractor’s League
I agree with you 100%. In 1973 when Colorado went to no-fault it was a good thing. But then the trial lawyers and chiropractors got into it, and the rest is history
