    um….we can always speculate and more than likely it’ll be safety issue. but if it is truly a risky issue of the taking out the support beam and do a so-called collapse of the ceiling, why? there was probably a half-dozen ways to backtrack folks and equipment out and then collapse.

    basically, he says and then the families speculate. no proof that it was actually the compaies fault — it could have been a mother nature event. that will take some proof. after all, mother nature does not attend trial. ask hurrican katrina!

    Agree w/you. Working in a dark hole drilled miles underground has always been and will always be dangerous. Assumption of risk?
