Metlife reduced my LTD benefits from 70% of pre disability to a flat $100, insisting employer CitiGroup demanded my SS RETIREMENT income (amt set by preCMI wages) be deducted though CMI contributed nothing to that income as it was established by prior income and was begun years before my CMI imployment. My understanding is CMI MUST CONYRIBUTE to any income before it can be deducted. They ignored my written request for info and summarily rejected it without complying with the handbook procedures. Does it vall within the purvue of your resources to review this?
