Ah, don’t forget Garamendi, a publicity seeking Democrat, what a piece of work he is. He got caught with his hand-in-the-cookie-jar, with his wife too, in the 90’s. Yet, a few years later, the voters forgot and forgave him and he was elected Lt Gov. over a much better Republican. Recently, when the fires happened in So Cal, instead of deferring to the current DOI director, he steps up and started spreading innuendo about fraud from Insurance companies even before the flames had died down, in order to give himself legitimacy and seek publicity.
Negative publicity attacking insurance companies sells to the ignorant masses – remember that.
This is what happens when you turn the office of DOI director into an elected one.
Have auto/home/commercial rates lowered because of an Elected DOI person? no
He was hired in the state OF FLORIDA…NEED WE SAY ANYTHINGE ELSE. I lived there for years and it is the closest thing to the ghetto that you can find. Yes, there are some nice locations but for the most part, that state is filled with low lifes and they will hire anybody…maybe Quackenfool should apply for dog catcher….idiot policitican
Another Republican who abused his office… I was ordered to travel to California (I lived in GA at the time) for a “command performance”. I went (as instructed) and it was a political event though not a fundraiser. It was to let us know that he could order us to do something. The next time I was “commanded” I sent the lowest ranking person in my office…
Sending the lowest ranking person in your office is kind of like punishing them, isnt’ it? I sure hope you prepared them for lowered expectations! At least Garamendi went back to farming/Lt. Governing. Still scary though.

Gee..see how far the mighty have fallen!
He probably used the same gun to threaten brokers back when he was in California!
lol he didn’t need a gun when he was bribing insurors in California— he just needed the Office of Insurance Commissioner
How did he ever get through a background check to be in law inforcement? I guess he felt it would have been easier than getting his 6 or 63.

“law inforcement”?
“Another Republican who abused his office”. Careful now – there have been plenty of Democrats who have done the same.
