Since 60% of punitive damages goes to the STATE, it’s no wonder the courts in jerkwater Oregon won’t let it go. There’s not many ways to raise cash fast in Oregon. How many crime victims can there be in a place with no people?

Let this go back to the U.S. Supreme Court and let them finally make a firm ruling on this piece of tripe. The USSC needs to smack down Oregon a bit.

Should have been a lawyer. Couldn’t have lived with myself, but getting this windfall of a judgement and the money would make it a bit easier!
