When are these people going to learn… Didn’t we just go through this a while back when everyone boo hoo’d about their limits of insurance on replacement cost policies? Take some responsibility and know what you are buying – and how to FULLY PROTECT your assets – How much hand holding has to be done to explain that the limit on the policy has to be sufficient enough to cover the value of your home

No pity here – you would have had to live under a rock not to know that this was the same complaint consumers have had in the past – the media certainly made it clear in their reports – it is up to the owners to be responsible and make the changes.

As an agent for numerous HO companies I am amazed at how an average tract home can get replacement cost estimates of under $100 a sq ft to over $200 and everywhere in between from “Fast, Fair, Friendly” & “Good Hands” – what gives?
