Then plan on not eating any fresh fruits and/or vegetables as 95% of the workers are illegal, undocumented or have false documentation. The title of your post is as sick as you are.

I already avoid purchasing Chinese merchandise- Now I’m going to find out which companies willingly hire illegals so I can avoid them too. I don’t pick and choose which laws to obey. If I commit a transgression I expect to pay a consequence.

So, Nancy, then you’re argument is that since there is a large number of “workers” doing this work, breaking the law is ok.

    Might makes right!?

Regardless of your politics, the USA is the land of opportunity, as it should be; but it should only be the land of opportunity for the law-abiding (that includes workers and employers).

I don’t care where you come from, just do the legal, moral, or ethical thing (I’d prefer ethical, but I’ll settle for legal).

The methods employed by many illegals are difficult for many employers to catch. The name thing doesn’t really work either, because many jursidictions allow you to use whatever name you want without having to change it legally. This would result in a non-match.

I don’t claim to know the answer, but part of it is cracking down on employers who knowingly hire illegals and part of it is stepping up deportations. Requiring visa bonds for all immigrant labor would be an incentive for employers to keep track of visa holders on their staff. There are options out there. I’m just not informed enough to lay them all out.
