Who were the life insurance policies on?
    Who were the beneficiaries?
    Who died?
How did the pastor become involved?
Was he in court for criminal charges?

I live in Colorado but all I have heard is what I have picked up on the news (questionable.) My understanding is the good reverend took out policies on members of his congregation. This was with their knowledge and approval, I believe they even paid the premiums. The church (reverend) was the beneficiary. When these people died (most were elderly) the good reverend got the cash, or half the cash, etc. I think this is in criminal court, the families are screaming fraud.

If he gets the max sentence, he will be 153 years old when he gets out.

Yeah, but people are living longer these days and staying active later in life.
