The 800 pound elephant in the room says “be sure to check the residency status of these folks.” Illegal aliens learn how to scam the system early, and we all pay for it. Enough is enough.

Like Jimmy says, check the residency. Also check how often reported fraud has a San Francisco, Oakland or Sacramento location, much less the rest of CA. Would bet you get a very diverse name list then. Shouldn’t “assume”!

WOW, how much $ did CDI spend on this operation. I bet it cost more to prosecute than $20,000.

I’ve been bringing up the same dynamic the last TEN years, but have withheld “public” comments to stay in tune with our PC world. Most all of these cases involve the same Irish guys: McGarcia, McMartinez, and McMorales. They are usually defended by the same Irish attorneys, McStein, McGoldstein, and McRubin.

I know we should put our white sheets on and round them up.

You have to realize that if any group is the majority in any area that is the group that commits the most crime in that area, with many areas now being 80 to 90 percent Hispanic and Hispanics being the majority in California this should not surprise anyone.

This does not mean that the “Irish” don’t commit crime it just shows who the majority is.

If any of you would bother to look at the DOI website you would see how diversified the criminal element in insurance really is
