The Washington court and judge made a mockery of the system. The policy exclusion is un-ambiguous. This was an intentional act totally un-related to the legitimate oral surgery. Somebody in the Washington legal community should demand an inquiry into this charade.
Agreed. There should be a review by an even higher court. What a joke. Guess being fun loving & kind will get you out of being stupid in the first place. Looks like the judge is kind & fun loving too.
