When the class action case against Blockbuster went through, I ended up with a free rental. Starting this case looking for $5 for replacement of contact solution will net each of us a $.30 contact case by the time the lawyers get their share.

Oh geez, cry me a river!. pardon the pun. What this gal needs is a good slap across the noggin. She should be charged for filing a gratuitous lawsuit. She must have a relative who is an attorney who thinks they can make money on this. She probably wastes more money at Starbucks and Burger King on any given day. What a joke. I would be ashamed to show my face if I joined this lawsuit. She should be ridiculed and shamed. Maybe a nice billboard would work.

I was using that particular brand of contact solution up until recently (I switched to a cheaper brand). No problems with my eyes = no law suit. I just appreciate the fact that they voluntarily recalled it. I threw away what was left of that bottle. and to me, that’s the end of it.

this woman, my friends, is what is wrong with our system. and i think her punishment should be to sit at that machine that blows a puff of air fiercely into your eye for 50 puffs.

HA, what movie did you watch for your free rental? Please don’t say “Zoolander” or any movie starring Rob Schneider except Demolition Man. I liked Demolition Man.

I used this solution, as well. I’ll go to the store and pick another brand out. No big deal.

I used this brand for years and years without problems.
This is another case of the use of ‘contingency fee’ has completely gotten out of hand. For what outrageous amount is this female cretin asking?

Geez, I’m shocked that IJ posters would think a law suit is frivilous. That almost never happens.

I never used my free movie cert. I thought the whole thing was a farce. As far as Rob Scheider is concerned, I did like the baseball one with John Heder, but I can’t think of the name.

so what do you have to say to me (and I’m sure others) that have spent the last 6 months going through the the slow process of lossing sight in one eye because the first two doctors I went to brushed it off as “pink eye” or “just an infection” – I’ve never filed a lawsuit in my life but believe it’s time and you would understand after the surgeries and vision loss I have because of the solution – so take it easy and realize there are some paying (my surgeries haven’t been cheap)and suffering because although it seems “they” have known about the problems in this solution but are finally kind??? enough to recall it – we’ll I’m going through “the damage is done…….
