    Verbal is anything using words. Typing, hand written, morse code and talking are with words, hense verbal.
    Images with pictures are not words. Musical sounds with only instruments are not words.
    How could an agent tell his customer something without words? It\’s all verbal.
    A case was won on this basis years ago. Same case was lost by other party …..
