How can anyone determine that wind wouldn’t have blown the cans into the fryer. If you look at the photos from the PI, you can clearly see there is no vegetation next to the windows of the kitchen.
Check out the pictures for yourself. The investigator better do his homework again. Anyone that lives in Snoqualmie knows, the wind there is terrible most everyday.
