    It has been a long time since a negative corpus proved arson! I think the local investigators need to revisit this one with a real fire investigator.

    How is it that the investigator can determine that vegetation would have stopped the wind from blowing anything over. Secondly, if it were arson why would anyone who knowingly set the fire, hang out in a nearby room and risk serious injury or death?

    How can anyone determine that wind wouldn’t have blown the cans into the fryer. If you look at the photos from the PI, you can clearly see there is no vegetation next to the windows of the kitchen.

    Check out the pictures for yourself. The investigator better do his homework again. Anyone that lives in Snoqualmie knows, the wind there is terrible most everyday.
