Somebody needs to tell our law makers using or not using seatbelts does not cause accidents but using cell phones leaves a driver with one hand on the wheel and distracts his attention. Start ticketing cell phone users while city driving.
I see no mention of a BAC > .08. How quick we are as Americans to jump on that MADD bandwagon. Unfortunately, a smell of alcohol is all it takes to be put through the ringer in this country gentlemen.
