    Fine, the insurance companies get burned. So then what happens… they eitehr cancel the policies or they raise the rates.

    This is not personal insurance where the rates have to be filed and strictly adhered to, so you can be certain that the rates will go up.

    Let\’s face it, any time you file these stupid lawsuits looking to recover unrealiztic damages… $1,000,000,000 or $3,000,000 in losses – you are going to get your just rewards.

    Yeah, it\’s not about municipal or state budgets, but defense is not free. Gee, I love paying taxes!
