    Why is he still being called the insurance commmissioner? Isn\’t Steve Poizner the new commissioner? And if Quackamendi hadn\’t farked the ELIC takeover the first time and sold it for only a portion of its real worth because he is such a moron, the policy holders would have gotten 3 billion instead of 750 million. Only Garamendi can try and make a positive headline over such a careless error in judgement and then pat him self on the back for fixing a part of his mistake.

    Only in Quackamendi\’s world would this make sense. If I can figure the numbers, only about half of the collected funds have been distributed and that is less than a third of what is available and about a tenth of what should be available. Need to get the word out! Glad he has moved on, but be afraid of the future!
