This is unbelievable. This guy was the TOP and most successful Crop insurance person in Montana for many many years. He certainly didn\’t need to do this—Apparently Greed or other problems that haven\’t been disclosed are involved. I agree with Mike—we will never know how many other Moneyed executives (Enron–UBS–etc.)have done this and continue to do it.
i hope he is miserable for every single day of his incarceration. what were the mga\’s that lost money?
look at the history of crop insurance and fraud and how many executives of companies have been convicted? is he the only one? i bet there are many others that if they have not been caught and convicted should be.
