Do you know if an attorney could be the producer of a auto policy (He has a Bar and producer active licence ) and then represent his insured for a auto accident? Any conflicts?
The ethical dilemna would be with his attorney\’s license, he should approach the state bar with this question. My layman\’s guess…it\’s not probably unethical, in the strictest sense, but it looks bad.
