How stupid does Garamendi think we are USAA has nothing to lose by changing their rating category the same with AAA I would like to have the statistic that indicates how many of USAA drivers live in the the inner city, LA,Oakland, SF or even drive thru there.Hey John blow your horn when u have really done something.Like getting us out of the UM problem.I don\’t care what you cut the premium to in certain areas they won\’t buy it at any price.
