I\’ve got someone like that adjusting my dog bite claim – it\’s been 16 months and all I want is my out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed … she knows I\’m in insurance too. It\’s great though, I use it as an example to any of my clients who talk about moving their insurance to AAA :) In fairness, I\’m not calling and bugging her as much as I should, who has time ??? When I do call, she always has an excuse. Good thing I\’m not like many claimants. This is an easy one to close up and get off her desk … go figure.

How can adjuster get manager\’s password? If manager can not even protect their own password, I wonder what else.
