No matter what you do for the lowest income earners, these people are who they are. They are lazy, they don\’t vote (thank goodness for that) and they don\’t know how to make money. They can\’t even sign up for a free health plan. The reason? No tough love, everything is handed to them. Until we get real, there folks will do nothing.

Only certain brokers who take the time and understand goverment programs and where they \”fit\” for the \”working poor\”will be able to implement these plans. The traditional brokerage community has other issues. If there were incentives the brokerage community would solve this problem.

If they do not care enough to sign up for free healthcare, why should we provide it. Free services do not need to be advertised. If someone was giving out free soda and cheetos they would surely find out about it.

Stop letting them use emergency rooms for routine healthcare and they will all sign up.
