Territorial Rating isn\’t a factor if you only write competiviely in one Territory!
When you\’ve engaged in border line red-lining in over 2/3rds of the state through uncompetive rates, it\’s an easy fix. Based on the rates we\’ve seen in the Central and Nothern parts of the state from Southern California Auto, they need to reduce the rates by as much as 25%-40%(that\’s what we\’ve seen with people who have moved to the San Joaquin Valley who had them in LA) to even come close to any of the competition. That\’s why this will be an easy calim for them to make. \”We\’ve reduced rates for almost 60% of the state.\” Southern Cal might see a little relief too if anybody living outside of their territory is crazy enough to pay the subsidy.
