If the dumb feds would spend some more money with the US Coast Guard and its port security plans, instead of allowing ports to set their own pace w/security, we\’d be a helluva lot better protected. The chemical industry was supposed to ramp up its security, so what happened. They don\’t and didn\’t and not one damn thing was done by the feds to make it happen. Instead they\’ll give homeland security dollars to cities for the screwiest stuff you ever heard of, a bomb container to a city in Utah, for gods sakes. The terrorists don\’e even know where UTAH is. The protection plans and the money to fund them all are way out of whack.
