God knows that if it was a liberal jury, they would say it wasn\’t a viable person as they believe it is ok to kill a baby by abortion right up to the third trimester. Questions of liability: Did the auto accident cause the unborn baby’s death? Was it guaranteed that a healthy baby was going to be born at 9 months? Was the unborn baby a passenger in the vehicle with a seat belt?
