Intentional acts are excluded on the HO policy unless, typically, the child is under 13. Doubtful they are under 13 if they\’re in high school. Last time I checked, hazing is pretty intentional.
So just because this kid feels bad about getting hazed, other kids need to go without books and band instruments? Of course while the other students don\’t have the tools to learn, this tool of a student will be living high on the hog spending the 50k on XBox 360 games and wing dings no doubt.
