Someone recently asked me what my biggest hurdle/concern was regarding the insurance industry. My answer….. John Garamendi.

When will the industry and Mr. Garamendi \”get it\”?
Make a $10,000 deductible the minimum and you do two things that will completely stabilize the marketplace. It would eliminate small claims and the costs associated with them AND it would bring premiums down.
    Hmmmmm…what a concept!!!

Pardon me while I snore…there is not much here to get worked up over. Big John is running for Lt. Governor. He will say and do anything he thinks he must to show what a tough consumer crusader he is and keep another liberal whack-job, Jackie Speier, from having a chance to criticize him. Everyone in Sacramento knows the game and everyone is playing their part. The clock will soon run out on John and these stupid regulations. He really doesn\’t care and you shouldn\’t worry about it.

You guys have it all correct….this is a game of politics and there is no REAL concern by Garabundy for the general public. His REAL concern is about is next election. When you look at the joke called the Low Cost Auto Insurance Program, his opinion to changing zip code rating and this homeowners issue, you know that it all about gathering votes and not what he really feels. My bigger concern is who the next commissioner will be. Have you seen this gaggle of goobers who are planning to run. Holy Jesus, help us.
