I am very glad and gratefull to those in goverment who try to come up with programs which help the low income public. I am a senior retired living of my social security and I will be happy when Santa Clara CO. adopts the program

Sorry, but it\’s all about politic. For those good drivers, annual premium will be approximately $500 anyway through most of preferred insurance companies. Specially, Santa Clara CO. will be lower than $500. Also, don\’t forget to compare the coverage limits. $10/20/3 vs $15/30/5.

And just who is protected by these low limits? I certainly won\’t want to be on the receiving end of an accident caused by someone with inadequate limits/no insurance. My UMBI premiums are high enough now trying to protect myself from these people. It is all about politics and the biggest jokester is Garamendi himself.

Okay! California has had negative inflation since 1967 (when the original FR act was placed in the DMV Code book). The limit at that time was 15/30 and 5. Now we see that the real risk in CA is 30%+ lower than it was then? Come on, was Garamendi \”not inhaling\” with Clinton?

Did I miss something or did the Ins. Comis use zip-codes to set rates?
