Regional commercial managers and home office executives were there ever step of the way basking in his success.
His DM looked like death warmed over after he got the phone call telling him Ray had been arrested. The DM took the fall as did the commercial manager. Everyone at home office who took credit when Ray was writing all that business went into hidding.
It is a common practice at Farmers to point to the high producers as the way business should be done right up to the day they crash and burn. Why is it that the agents know something is not right but the company can never see it.
I am sorry to say but your WRONG !! Farmers insurance is at fault on this one. They hire anyone that has a sales story. Farmers SUCKZS real bad.. I am a broker never known as many bad problems as there are with the LOOSER COMPANY Farmers.

for over 4 years before terminating his
contract.Unbelievable!
