I didn\’t see anything in the artile that divided comments along party lines. Looks like you need to get you head out of the sand. Also don\’t see any comment about your own preparedness for disaster. Typical blame game!

Having lived here all my life, I see the problems first hand. Unfortunately, the democratic majority of California wants everyone else to bail them out of their own stupidity. They don\’t like personal responsibility. Lets blame the government for the mess were in. That\’s what will happen wth the next disaster too!

I don\’t see any reason to chide the Dumocrat who started this original thread. He/she was obviously speaking from personal experience and conviction. Possibly, the Dumocrats are this countries majority party. What other explanation could there be for why we continue to expend so many of our resources for so little return?

Thank you for your support. I chose where I live in CA very carefully. The dumocrats that run our state obviously have a problem with risk evaluation and decision making. I am sick of paying for stupidity!

Keeping an up-to-date home inventory is highly recommended by virtually all insurance companies. A home inventory can help you purchase enough insurance to replace the things you own, as well as get your insurance claims settled faster in the face of a disaster.

Unfortunately, most people create and store their inventories at home, on their PC or in a file cabinet – where they are vulnerable during a fire, flood, etc.

A new, free online inventory solution is available at http://www.createyourinventory.com. Your inventory is stored safely away from your home, and it will even remind you periodically to update your home inventory.

Be prepared for disaster – try the online home inventory solution.
