Why ,if we all benefit from this illegal working force still we are so blind to accept it.We need them and they aren\’t asking for food stamps and unemployment benefits.

A simple solution would be to not hire them in the first place. Besides that. what are the odds that the contractor is actually reporting their payroll to the comp carrier in the first place?

I would love to see comp done on a scheduled employee basis. With computerized everything, it wouldn\’t be hard to report.

If you are not legal, you should not get anything. If you are not legal and you are hired, the employer should have the hell fined out of them or shut down totally. Laws are there, people just do not follow them or should I say they ignore them in their own best interests.

What could be more attractive to a good Republican business owner. A cheap labor force for which he/she does not have to pay work comp premium or benifits. I can see them with buses parked by the border broadcasting accross the border with bullhorns.

Since you seem to think this is policitally motivated, aren\’t the Dems are usually the ones that want the most for free because they thinks the guvment owes them?

You might want to do a little more checking. They obtain those benefits by claiming children that belong to others in their same household, 10-15 people in one household but who are the parents…

They also have many babies in our hospitals, county and otherwise. Who pays for those costs if it is not you and me? I would like to know because if I lose my job and/or when I retire, I will not get any such benefits because I am legal. Is that fair?
