I think that there might be serious holes in this. Having worked in NYC and handled claims for several years, in addition to previously working with a national TPA, I found that \’build up\’ fraud occurred in 90-95% of the claim in New york City. In more rural areas that number dropped to 3 in 10, but 1 in 10 for a major urban metropolitan area with large pockets of people living below the poverty line seems very low to me. IS it only me or does anyone else thinks this might be flawed?
Some states have tort(California says it does), some have no fault, but in California we really have the \”Its not my fault\” auto insurance mentality so let\’s sue or settle and I\’m entiled to the money because I pay such high prices. The problem with these idiots is they don\’t realize that\’s why we all pay such high prices!
