Many 3rd world countries have been in poverty since before the advent of the us, and have stayed there despite billions of dollars in foreign aid given to them by cida, etc
He absolutely should get worker’s comp to cover his injuries. Not to do so, based upon immigration status, is to encourage employers to hire illegal workers for potentially dangerous jobs.
