Since State Farm insurance companies will only pay you the current cash value of your auto injuries, there comes a point when you might want to consider eliminating your policy with State Farm altogether. This should be a personal decision, but will occur when the value of your auto injuries are within your acceptable cash reserve limits, such as the adjudicated with Health Net (HMO) maintenance companies. Jay Gellert, Milak M. Hasan, M.D. none other than, the most contentious criminals to date healthcare and it’s insurance industry.

Californian’s buying flood insurance is a good thing. The more who buy, the more the risk is spread and less chance for rate increases. Unfortunately, the retention rate on these policies will average 12 months. After the first year and no flooding, the majority of the consumers will not want to pay out as the memories of Katrina and Rita get farther away. Just like the Northridge EQ. Everyone wanted EQ after that, and now only 15% of CA carries EQ. Let’s hope are levies hold.

I guess like the folks in the South a major flooding problem has to occur before anything is done. So, it would seem the only way to get the Auburn Dam built or to get the Folsom Dam raised is to have downtown Sacramento flood. This would include every hi-rise, the capital building, Arnold’s office and Raley Field under water.
