Are you kidding. He didn’t, but certainly could have, killed someone. He did this knowing that he is not and never has been a Dr. He should definitely get more of a sentence than he received. He made a lot of $$ in those 2 years also – under false pretense. Make him pay it all back and serve a stiffer term. I would be extremely upset if I had ever been his patient!!!
What hospital did this pretend Dr. play in? If he got his medical degree on line, where did he get his acting degree?
If we were treated by this Dr., can we sue?
