PCI is disappointed that the AZ Supreme Court has ruled in favor of drug and/or alcohol ingesting employees????? Let’s see…..hmmmmm….an employee can claim sexual harrassment, bigotry (racism), religious intolerance, among other claims made by less than desireable employees AND the court will side with the employee. Employers are always portrayed as the evil ogre who deserve to pay; after all they have all the money and always take advantage of the poor innocent waifs seeking to be gainfully employeed (until something better comes along). The black robes of the Supreme Court judges must be symbols of that other dark area where they seem to have stuck their heads. What’s next???? A diseased, non-english speaking hermaphrodite illegal alien claiming they were held against their will by border agents???? Oh wait!! I think that this has been done already. The case must be pending in the Arizona State Supreme Court even as I type.
