Seems odd AIG is not paying the medical bills on 3rd party bodily injury, regardless of the cause of the accident. Unless Olson is the policy holder.

Nothing like a contract that excludes coverage for screwups.

Seems funny to me to; “pilot screwup” is definitely not excluded on an aviation liability policy. Unless they suspect a mechanical problem which is 100% someone else’s liability, seems pretty strange. Particularly in Montana, where the company has a bad faith exposure to 3rd party claimants!

    I am Mr. Olson,

Yes AIG insurance withheld until the bitter end. This is by far the most cold harted group of individuals ever!!. $46,000 is actually about $ 42,000 short of what the medical bills totalled. I can’t believe that I am still reading things about this. Feel free to contact me with questions. Don Olson
