Need Advice.
I am an Injured worker. #1. My w.comp lawyer never went after my employer for firing me 3-4 mo. AFTER
I got hurt on my job. #2. when I was placed in voc rehab, I did not get to pick the voc. Thre was only 1700.00 left to place me in a small program which was the same as a GED program. (which I did not need. I was not given a correct Vocational study work program. #3. I also have a letter from a DR. that states and proves that my stress and abuse was ALSO caused by the workers comp. I was harrassed very bad through 2000-20005.
I also know there was fraud done by a few higher ups who had a part in my case- two were rehab counselors. they both were paid high amounts and did nothing but tell me they would call me but never contacted me. I phoned them. Is there anyway I could get a lawyer who is independant who could reopen my case? Need help and assistance from a good lawyer. There is much more to be said. There was alot that went wrong. case was settled April 28th, 2005. I am now having problems with my SSD due to complaining about the mishaps with my Voc rehab program and the fraud from the people who worked close by my lawyer. I was harrassed and pushed out of my living area and Much went wrong. Also have called the lawyers\’ office but does not return my calls. I lived in Santa Barbara, CA. But due to the connections of close circles I need an out of city lawyer. I have had flat tires, broken winshield, auto plate undone and dangling, when followed by workers comp field people used to watch, they followed me in all food stores, they tail gated me so bad I would have to pull over off the road. they never followed the rules for staying their distance. they would follow in my rehab gym classes, I never had any privacy not even in the womans dressing room or in the pool. I have been through so much ABUSE i can not deal with things like i used to my life is not the same and can not seem to get back emotionally due to what they all have done to me and also may i state i also in Nov/06 i received a card board sign on my winshield by the union people and in dec/06 i had a state truch hit the side of my vehicle which had not proper reg and plate had no info on the plate numbers when insurance ran the plate. I have been through hell. is there help to reopen my case or help to go after for justice I feel need to be done. I am very stressed by the abuse i went through and It has affected my life and ME. I am also very afraid. due to the treats i have had. please may only interested and strong lawer help. I have been pushed to living in my Vehicle now. this is how far it has gone. I am between Sanfernando area- kern county-(close to where i worked in Kern Co.). I know how to drive in counties close to santa Barbara. Thank you for reading this letter.
