What a crying shame that one person is allowed to do this and probably want get any jail time or even a slap on the wrist. Thanks to attorneys this world has gone to hell!
She has destroyed lives and tried to destroy a company. You reap what you sow!
I am not defending Ms. Ayala. The justice system will decide her fate. However, I am defending attorneys. Attorneys will prosecute her in the criminal matter. Attorneys will defend Wendy’s if there is a civil suit (and there won’t be now). And more than likely you too, Ms. Watts, will need the advise and expertise of an attorney someday.
Attorneys have in big part caused. or certainly contributed to the general attitude of “I want a free lunch” everyone seems to have anymore. Yes, lawyers will hopefully be prosecuting her and hopefully Wendy’s will add to it by suing her for loss of business and slander. She should never see the light of day again because of the harm she has all caused and the people she has negatively affected. Maybe she could do learn to do fingernails while she is in prison!
It’s hard to imagine the attorneys involved in this case worrying about a “free lunch”! As far as putting Ms. Ayala away for good in the hope that she will learn to “do” fingernails, it seems as if she may have already taken that skill to a new level. She apparently can “do” fingernails wherever it’s convenient for her, since she takes the fingers with her! Of note, I believe that she is being held by the Las Vegas Police pending information from her about whose finger was actually found in the Wendy’s chili.
This woman would not have attempted this had she not probably already been rewarded for bogus claims – with no doubt the help of an attorney.
This time she raised the table stakes and busted out. Had her efforts been a little more intelligent (like a piece of kitchen metal?) she very likely would have scored a small sum. Once more Greed claims another victim.
