    Again and again and again…

Why doesn’t Garamendi do something about tort liabiity in CA so that businessowners are not sued because they can’t verify when they posted their Prop 65 poster. Or auto dealers because they used TWO pages for a lease document vs ONE page, Or contrators sued by class action attorneys for estimated damages for homes that ARE NOT EVEN BUILT. Nothing like a fencing contractor getting sued because an electrical panel is 1/16 off code, which MAY allow moisture, which MAY cause some elaborate birth defect or learning disability or the downfall of Western Civilization. Do some good Johnnie for once do some good.

    That felt good.

Don’t miss Quackenbush too much… we have a Quackamendi now!! The worst combination of the two. Hopefully our new commissioner candidate will be a lot more rational. Maybe too much to hope for.
