Robert Was never convicted of, nor did he take part in , nor was he ever “recruited for fraud” If this were true, he would have been found guilty of conspiracy. The laundering charges (three, not five) and the tax charges were bogus. The FTB owes Robert A refund!! The launderimg charges were tax related. I can’t wait for the charges to be reversed on appeal!! And what’s this nonsense about the jury taking a day and a half to deliberate?? They took over one month!!
