    There aren’t that many “specialists”, every single one could know one each other. Most “victims” of negligent medicine would never be able to find a prosecuting doctor, if they did he’s surely take a huge cut of any award or charge a huge fee.

    Any licensed medical doctor should be allowed to critique any other doctor’s work in court. THis law is horrible for the patient and great for hack doctors.
