    This is so wrong, if it’s not legitimate insurance carrier’s riping off the consumer we got engines that don’t run on unleaded labor laws.

    Now that DOI has finally slapped the wrist of people who should have known better, when will the DOI hammer Mainstay for doing what they knew would not fly in California? Or is this just a ploy on the part of the Tribe’s to negoitate their way into insurance in California?

    Workers compensation insurance in California is still the highest in the country. California is continuing to see a net loss in both jobs and employers. If the State can’t get it right, it’s good to see someone working on alternative solutions to keep California employers in the state.
