We used applied’s solution one service for a year + It sounded good and our agent recommended it. However, we just cancelled because when rates were going lower in Calif they raised our rates with out any claims against our policy. Also, getting clear and detailed reports were near impossible. Never could get a 941 or DE 6 because they lump everyone together.
Sorry, they need to do better.
Richard we share your frustration. The IRS has levied our account because they have no 941\’s applied to our ID #. As you stated they are real secretive and won\’t give out any info. We are filing an action against them in the near future.
