Wash your hands of this inherent self-promoting insurance industry routine “misinformation” propagated and likely authored by Sam Sorich, president of the Association of California Insurance Companies (ACIC).

The residents of California remain protesting from the physical and financial harms administered to business owners and injured workers merely secondary for increasing insurance industry financial profits.

Considering documented comp premium price gouging made during a press conference Jan. 5 at the California State Capitol, rates had to go down, impossible for additional rate increases.

Sam Sorich and the insurance industry must be glowing from what lobbyists accomplished at California State Capitol, including their use of insurance industry “defense doctors”.

Seriously, would you expect Sam Sorich or the SCIF for revealing both sides of this pancake?

    Wow:

And I thought that the 28 Work Comp carriers went belly up becuase there losses exceeded there premiums. Who would have known that they went out of business voluntarily since they were making tons of money.

Howden, I smell something funny, I believe it comes from the ATA, which I would bet you are a part of.

Everyone should know that by taking
“welfare” out of Workmens Comp Insurance the premiums would decrease. Hurray for the Governor! Next we need to break out a few more classifications which will also help to lower premiums for example, a new class needs to be added for “farm irrigators” regardless of what crop is being irrigated.

The people of California will really be protesting when the truth comes out in the documentary ” Almost Broken” and they learn what state fund the state owned carrier can get away with.

Maby Mr. Sam Sorich would have a different comment if one if his Family members suffer a serious work injury in California and was forced in the meat grinder called workers comp.
