Our newly-formed policyholder group, Executive Life Action Network, has a new website, http://www.executivelife.org. We update the website as newsworthy events occur. Background information, legal filings, and reference materials are included on this website. Former Executive Life policyholders who experienced losses and their agents are encouraged to visit the site, especially the “Take Action” page, and write to the appropriate officials.

I’m glad to see this being kept in the public eye. Wasn’t Quackamendi the commisioner during some of this? And, yet, he gets reelected! Go figure!

Quackamendi is the one who caused all of this mess. He was the one who put EL into conservatorship, then he is also the one who made the deal with Credit Lyonnaise. So he is just trying to cover his own butt here. He doesn’t want it to get out that he is an absolute idiot and I would not trust him to change my monkeys diaper!
