Will the government come after the customers of Crystal – like they have done in the clothing business?

Randy Greenberg is one of the hardest working businessmen I have ever known. He is certainly not the CEO of Enron or Worldcom that have defrauded millions of workers of their pensions and retirement funds. The insurance companies are the real criminals for their exhorbitant fees and for all the support they receive from our government and the special interest groups.

Is it any wonder why companys are leaving the U.S.for Mexico and Asia.Excessive prosicution along with excessive fines and penaltys are just some of the reasons and this is a perfect example.Although Mr. Greenberg may be at fault to some degree,do you really think he is going to try and expand his business in the U.S.? He has other options and I encourage him to consider them all.Today we have to many attorneys all trying to justify something.Lets get back to the real issue and that is workers comp. is killing all of us U.S. businessmen.

TODD HIT THE PROBLEM RIGHT ON THE HEAD. MR. GREENBERG THRU HIS BRILLIANCE AND BUSINESS TALENTS HAS BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR MANY EMPLOYEES BEING ABLE TO EARN A LIVING AND SUPPORT THERE FAMILIES. THE COMPANY THAT HE HAS BUILT HAS HAD A POSITIVE TRICKLE DOWN EFFECT THROUGHOUT THE FRAMING INDUSTRY, FROM WORKERS TO RETAILERS BEING ABLE TO STAY IN BUSINESS DURING THESE DIFFICULT TIMES, AS A RESULT OF HIS EXCELLENT PRODUCTS AND PROGRAMS. I WOULDN’T BLAME HIM AT ALL IF HE MOVED HIS ENTIRE BUSINESS OVERSEAS LIKE SO MANY OTHER BUSINESSES. WE WILL PROBABLY LOOK BACK IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND SAY THANK YOU TO THE JUDICIARY FOR CHASING ANOTHER GOOD MANUFACTURER OUT OF THIS COUNTRY.

Randy & Crystal already manufactures in Mexico & China. No one needs to run him out of town – he went their long ago – maybe to avoid paying people, insurance and other things.
