    Is there any real punishment with this sentence? It appears that he is just repaying the money he should have paid before – he is on probation and not going to jail. What is the fear factor in all of this to deter someone else?

    Wow, 7 million in wages for 3 years?

    That’s over $6000 a day 365 days a year.

    That must be some big picture frame business.

    The real price paid is the fact that he is now a convicted felon: that carries a lot of weight and makes up for the monetary injustice.

    I can’t believe this guy did not get prison!

    Will they go after his customers who have benefited from this Fraud?

    Shouldn’t they pay?

    If Crystal can get away with this, and only Randy gets a sentence, why is the CFO not charged with the crime?

    Crystal does business with all of the major Retailers in the USA – Will they be affected?

    It amazes me how everyone is so fast to attack Crystal Art. They have been a fantastic supplier to our company for many years. If you actually spend the time to investigate this matter, you will find that the Crystal Art companies were not charged and were not parties in the settlement. They have nothing to do with this situation. I am going to continue to do business with them with confidence.

    I have been doing business with Randy Greenberg and Crystal Art since 1998. Randy’s handshake is better than any contract I have ever signed. I am certain that this will not affect the business at all. I will continue to buy from Crystal with full confidence.

    {{(Quote) Who is Steve G and Cindy?

    Why don’t you use your last name?}}

    First of all, who cares? What gives you the right to interrogate people who post on this site?

    Second, you seem to have a desire to make negative comments towards Crystal Art (whoever they are).

    And third, how can anyone make a leap to thinking that customers of a company committing work comp fraud should have to make reparations for same.

    And no, I didn’t use my last name either. I’ve already had my 15 minutes of fame. You sound like a salesperson for an industry competitor looking to make a buck in this situation.
