Better check your facts. ALL employers are required to have an IIPP. OSHA can come in and look at it any time they want.
SB899 just clarifies that the INSURER now only has to review the IIPP programs of insureds with XMods over 2.0 and be sure employer has implemented within 6 months of writing insurance policy.

Per SB899, Only employers with an Experience Mod. of 2.0 need to have an IIPP in place and the timeframe has changed from 4 months to 6 months to obtain one.
