California-based ADP Claims Services Group, a provider of integrated business solutions for the property and casualty, collision repair and automotive recycling industries, announced that FIX AUTO has named Shoplink the preferred computerized estimating system for its network of 158 collision repair centers.
FIX AUTO, a network of independent collision repair facilities, invests in technology to increase efficiency and generate business results for its members and their trading partners. It facilitates relationships between collision repair facilities and insurance companies to provide better service, lower costs and simplified management. FIX AUTO has chosen Shoplink as the preferred estimating system to further the network’s goals.
Shoplink uses ADP’s database combined with integrated imaging, decision support tools and interactive graphics to give users complete and accurate estimates that help reduce supplements and improve cycle time.
