eDirectGlass Notes New Formation with RV Glass

Arizona-based AMJ Logistics Inc. announced that RV Glass Solutions will begin to accept and process RV Glass claims using the eDirectGlass Claims Manager system.

eDirectGlass is an Internet-based automated application that includes first notice of loss, point-of-sale, customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning. eDirectGlass is designed to help Retail Glass shops, Insurance, Fleet and
Third-Party Administrator companies effectively take control of the glass replacement claims and invoicing process using an open architecture and non- proprietary network while adhering to industry standards.

“This partnership strengthens our commitment to the industry to provide independent solutions for claims processing and brings us one step closer to completely automating the glass claims process at various points of the claim including the shop and the insured,” said Gary Hart, COO, for AMJ Logistics Inc. “The adoption and integration of eDirectGlass Claims Manager at RV Glass Solutions will provide insurers with a quality alternate
program to assign and process all motorhome windshield claims without any extra expense or hassle.”

Through the use of eDirectGlass Claims Manager, reduction in agent workload, enhanced customer service and significantly reduced operational costs qwill reportedly be realized at RV Glass Solutions.

Beyond this, RV Glass Solutions will offer real-time claims notification to a nationwide network of more than 2,300 repair and replacement locations eliminating the risk of manual-introduced processing errors through real-time validation and balancing of claims through electronic transactions.
